The one that had asserts seized is not the company building the Wish so shouldn’t be an issue.

Nothing, it's not the same company. MV Werften had their assets seized. Meyer Werft is building the Wish. Two different companies.

MV Werften, the company that build ships for Crystal Cruises and has filed for bankruptcy, is not the same as Meyer Werft, the shipyard that is building the Disney Wish.
