My original budget was $7,000! We were going to do 8 nights at the All-Stars and 2 nights at Universal Portofino Bay. This is a GREAT deal!

Even at this rate, my hubby isn't thrilled we are going!! He thinks Disney is overpriced no matter what! I guess if it was free, he wouldn't go because he'd complain about how crowded it would be with all the people getting in for free.
Oh well, everything is paid for now so he has no choice. LOL

We had orginally booked a room at the Dolphin using the teachers rate. I figured out the price of the week at the Dolphin with five day park hopper plus tickets, and admission for five for Disney Quest. For an extra $130 total (not per person) we are staying at a monorail resort, and have LOS passes. We are thrilled.

never NOT get this - had quite an experience
with my sister on the Wonder in April that
involved her having emergency surgery in Nassau
and 2 weeks in Nassau hospital - if it weren't
for the Trip Insurance - she would still be there - the air ambulance alone cost $8900!
Thank God we got trip insurance!)

No airfare - just an 8 hour minivan drive!

Also, be very careful of booking airfare - in my particular case, from Buffalo, the rate was over $400 per person using their chosen flights!
