Fairfield Inn vs Park Vue?

Anyone have an opinion between these 2?

I've never stayed at the Park Vue but I love the Fairfield! It's very clean, comfortable, within close walking distance to the park and within immediate walking range of McDonalds, Minnies and Mimi's Cafe.

Ditto what Kittyskyfish said! We love FFI and would stay there again in a heartbeat. My photos for the 2 queen bed w/ pullout room are in the same thread on page 20. Here

ETA: The other restaurant is Millies and they also have a Pizza Hut and Seattle's Best onsite! Yay!

We have not stayed at this Fairfield on Harbor, but it certainly sounds nice. We prefer Park Vue - location can't be beat, our rooms have always been clean, we like that the motel is small and we like parking right outside our room. Also, you can watch fireworks from outside your door, or the viewing patio area. We really like Park Vue!

We have stayed at both, and had a good experience at both places. We'll probably be more likely to stay at the Park Vue again because it includes a continental breakfast, they have a microwave in the room, and they are closer. The rooms at the Fairfield look like they have been updated more recently, though.

*Disclaimer: I've never stayed at either one!!

However, my very close friend always stays at the Park Vue for reasons mentioned by the above posters--continental breakfast, which she says is pretty decent, and proximity.

I will be staying at FFI in a few weeks because I cashed in some mypoints for a free night at a Marriott property

I think either one would be fine!
