Fairfield Inn- Anaheim

Hi there

So I stayed at the Fairfield in May this year because I got a really great package deal through expedia. For seven nights it was $475. I keep playing around on expedia with different dates to see if I can find a price like that again but so far no luck. Does anyone have experience with getting a good price for this hotel? Was that just a fluke or does it happen often where it goes for that price?

If not, can anyone recommend a good hotel within walking distance to Disneyland for that price?

Maybe bc it was before CL opened? I know lastminutetravel has the Fairfield as a scret hotel and it is usually around 90/nt. It is the hotel that is 13.63 mi from the airport.

We stay at Stovalls (not Best Western Anaheim Inn or Park Place Inn - it is the one on Katella and Disneyland Way) and I can get 7 nights through Get Away Today for 540 - and it comes with breakfast, though it is a slightly longer walk. I think it is a prettier walk though, they have Christmas lights in the trees along the walk and it is really beautiful.

Has anyone ever tried to get a cab from the Fairfield to the Grand Californian (changing hotels on day 3)? Wondering how much itiwill cost.

The total was only around 10 bucks. Although when I hailed the cab and told him I was only going to the GC he wasn't too impressed
