FairFax Fare???

Has anyone eatin at Fairfax Fare? Is it the same place as FairFax Fries? If you have ate there, was it any good? Is it considered a counter service? Thanks!

I think the salad sounds good too. It would be nice if this means DHS finally has a good CS location.

I'm with all of you on the salad....sounds awesome! I did see a few comments a while back that said the BBQ there was very good. It definitely looked like it's worth a try!

I'll keep waiting for that salad review.....

I think it is a CS credit on the DDP.

If this is the BBQ place near the Beauty and the Beast theater and ToT, then I've eaten there twice. Near there, there is a turkey leg place and a market where you can get fruit and stuff and I get the names confused for those places, but I think I'm thinking of the right place.

I liked it. We got the rib and chicken plate once (shared with a lot left over between my DD4 and me) and the BBQ brisket and chicken plate the second time (shared with my DH, my DD4, and me). We liked the food both times. The portions are big. We didn't try the salad (but I think I remember seeing one on the menu) so I can't address that directly.

It seems like a standard outdoor counter service place and I'd be shocked if you couldn't use DDP credits there. In fact, if you can, it would be a good place to use them because of the size of the portions and the OOP cost of the meals. (The meals, especially the BBQ combo meals, are a little more expensive than some other CS places, but the portions are so enormous that I think most people could share one meal between two people and be all right, especially if it was for lunch.)

I will have to give this a try in June. DHS really needs a good CS.
