I'm a big fan of deep fried anything, but butter? Like, a whole stick, in the deep fryer? Doesn't it just liquify and ooze out? Oooh, actually, that's starting to sound pretty good!
DH and I are going to the Plant City Strawberry Festival tomorrow, where we can at least pretend to be vaguely healthy with all the strawberries! Doesn't matter if they're covered in whipped cream or chocolate, they're still fruit and in my mind, still good for me!
They apparently freeze it, then coat it in batter, then fry it.
