Failed Tubal's

I feel better now. When I read this thread title, I had a moment of panic. I had a tubal during my c-section with #3. Nobody told me it might be better to wait. I probably wouldn't have, but I didn't even know!

I had that same panic!

I had my tubes cauterized too immediately after having my 2nd baby (it was an unplanned C-section). I had about 10 mins. to make the choice to have the tubal right then or have DH get a Vasectomy later on. My ob/gyn told me this as I was in major labor. My epidural had worn off and I was throwing up and the doctor's big reasoning for me to get the tubal was that it'd save DH a lot of discomfort!!

I told him that was not a good enough reason!! Then he told me that I would save money by doing it during my C-section-that did it. I'm a miser.
