failed to get CRT please help with PSB ps

i need to call tomorrow, i tried the press 1 then 1 again thing but then i was put on hold!! should i stay on hold or keep redialling what is the best option??
this is driving me mad !! any advice would be great
as a 1st timer im starting to realise how little i know

Sorry no help from me. I'm not a 1st timer and I still could not get it for this trip. I was on hold for almost an hour the first time and then 45 minutes the second time.

AFter hitting the required numbers, they always seem to change, stay on hold! If you hangup and call again, you'll just be further back in the line. I've been placed on hold before and am usually picked up within 30 seconds, and have always gotten a CRT reservation. Good luck!!!

My call date is saturday and there's going to be 3 of us on 3 separate phone lines. I hope it works out!

For clarification, does anyone have the text for what is said on the recording after they are closed, and then when they're open. I'm just wondering that the "hang up and quickly call back" words are to listen for.

Of course, I'm also wondering what the "press 1 twice really fast" words are as well.

gosh as far as i can remember when cloded it says welcome to disney dining our office is closed
when you get the open msg( cant remember whats said sorry)
as soon as the 1st menu options are started press 1 then straight away the 2nd menu options come up press 1 again
i was on hold for about 10 mins today

my only complaint is the musak they play isnt load enough to hear properly
