Facebook Question: What does this mean?

A few months ago I added this girl who I went to HS with. I barely knew her & it turns out she seems a little strange...or lonely...or both I'm not sure...

Anyways, a few days ago I added a photo of my BFF's baby to my photo album. I noticed today that the photo was displayed on this girl's FB wall.

She did not add any comments & I don't think she clicked on "like." I did not tag her on it. She also had another picture from one of my albums displayed on her wall. . I notice that she has several other photos posted that belong to other people in her "friends"

It's not like she uploaded the picture (I don't think?) When you click on it, it just links to my photo album.

It's not a huge deal, I just wondered what does that mean? Does it just mean she was browsing through my pics? Again, she is welcome to, I just didn't understand how the photos ended up on her wall.

Thanks!:goodvibes

That sounds creepy to me.

Everytime I read this weird stuff on FB, it makes me happy I am not on it.;)

I think that happens when you click the "share" button.

Yeah, she had to have clicked the "share" button.

Sounds weird that she would want your friends picture on her site. Who knows. Maybe she is lonely and wants to latch on or something... strange.

Oh, that makes sense! I've never clicked that button before....

....is there a way to block the "share" option? I know it's my responsibility when I post pictures, but I really don't want pictures of my friend's baby posted on a strangers site.

I'm thinking about deleting her as a "friend" but I don't want to hurt her feelings. I honestly believe that shes a nice girl and she means well, she's just a little weird. Would she know if I deleted her? She never goes out of her way to contact me or anything. She must have just seen that I added a new pic and clicked "share"

I agree. She must click "share" alot because she has alot of photos posted from other Facebook people she knows.

You may want to check your privacy settings. If you set your photos and albums for "Only Friends" then if a friend shares your photo, only people who are your friends will see them. It may go on their wall, but if someone who isn't one of your friends looks at their wall, your picture will not be there. It will only show up on their wall to people who are your friends.

Just block her from your photo albums. It'll be under the photo privacy section.

I wouldn't 'defriend' her. After all, you set this in motion with how you chose your settings. Just correct them and move on.

If you think shes acting really strange go ahead and unfriend her - she wont know unless she looks you up. Its not your fault because of the privacy settings, she is your friend after all and you want your friends to see your picks. You could block her in particular from your pictures if you don't want to unfriend her.
