You can delete anything others post to your wall. Just move your mouse over the post and to the right an option will come up, click delete.

I had to figure this out this week. My friend and I went to Disney last week and I told her I had no interest AT ALL in Everest (scared to death of the drop!) but she begged me so I went anyway. I had my eyes covered the whole time - of course, she bought the ride photo and when we got back, she posted on her FB page that the Disney trip was lots of fun but the best part was when I covered my eyes the whole time on Everest. I was so embarrassed! Of course, I don't mind sharing with you guys (you are like family ) but not the rest of FB!!! So I un-tagged myself from her post so my friends won't see it.

search for Pete Werner. His pic shows him with his hand in front of his face. You have to ask him to be your friend.

It took me a long time to figure out how to not show my birth year. I guess it doesn't really matter, but for some reason I didn't like that.

I took mine out as well, name and birth date can be GOLD to an identity thief as it narrows down their search.

Oh, and heres a question for you FB'ers.....

I have started a seperate list in my Friends area for Disers, but cant seem to move people in my regular list to the Dis list without deleting them and re-asking them to friend me so they can be put in this list...


Any ideas????

I have a few friends lists too. Are you using the "select multiple friends" button? That's how I move them around. You have to be in the list you want them in and click their pic that way.

I have to figure out how to do this. I need to separate high school/college/Dis friends. I am to old to remember all the time.

I am having some trouble taking comments off my wall.
However I did take my birthday off my page.
I have moved a few friends and I am going to continue to try and move my DIS friend's into one group.

I really enjoy Facebook, although I use it to keep in touch with family and friends from out of town. As a bonus, I have connected with friends from high school and even earlier. I think that if used properly, it is alot of fun. My best advice is play with it and learn it inside and out. No one can see anything of mine that I don't want them to.
