Facebook and Co-workers ???

I do not send FB friend requests to anyone I work with but I do accept all that send them to me. I'm "friends" with almost everyone in the office and with several of my own employees. I don't have anything so personal on my page that I wouldn't want the world to see it. I've never had a problem.

I do think it would be bad for me to try and "friend" people and put them in a "should I accept or not?" situation.
