Facebook Activity Feed: Privacy Setting?

I find it so annoying that it gets announced to all of my FB friends every time I "like" a page, another friend's post, an event, etc.

Is there a way to block FB streaming every little thing I do in that scrolling feed on the right side of the page?

That's why I like Instagram, the friend posting can see my comments or 'likes' on their post. but my other 100 friends don't get notified of my activity. It seems a little more personal and not as public to me.

Anyone who follows you can see your activity - under the activity (heart) menu swipe over to "Following" and it will list the recent activity of everyone you follow. Not quite as blatant as facebook but it's still there

yes, absolutely! But they must've wanted to see the interaction, it doesn't just show up in their face

Super annoying! I also cannot find where to hide the last time I was online. I know how to hide myself from messenger but not the last time I was on Facebook.
