Face Painting Help!!

Wanted to see if anyone can verify that the face painting is back in MK. I read one spot that says it is not and one that says it is in Tomorrowland. My friend has a 2 1/2 year old little girl that is too young for the BBB or PL so thought this may be a great avenue for her. They leave for Disney on Labor Day. Thanks for your help!

Not sure if the face painters are back, but she can also take her to the barbershop in MK and they will do her hair up and put confetti in it.
