Face Painting - Epcot World Showcase

Just saw pictures on a trip report of some face paintings (actually these looked more like face ART) that were done at the "Outpost" at Epcot World Showcase? I can't seem to find this on any of my usual guidebooks/sites, and I'm embarrassed to admit I've never made it all the way around the World Showcase. (On our last trip, I swear it was 100 degrees on that concrete when we were done with Future World and started to walk around the showcase. We wilted, and surrendered!) So, questions: where can we find this outpost, how much does face painting cost, and is there usually a long line?

Many thanks!!!

Oh, and does anyone have pictures they'd be willing to share of the types of things you can get painted??

I didn't see face painting at Epcot - we had it done at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, though. They're usually between $10 and $20 - give or take a few and it's full face painting. They do everything from princess themes to butterfly masks to goofy ;) They have books to look through.
They do wash off easily - so you might skip it if you're planning to swim that day or if it's raining (or super humid and hot, where you'll sweat a lot).

They look a lot like Mardi Gras masks, from what we've seen. VERY cool.

The face painting at Epcot is located at the outpost in the World Showcase, between Germany and China, sort of at the 'back' of World Showcase.

We didn't have our faces painted there, but we (4 grown women!) all got our faces painted at MK (Pete's Garage in Toontown) and at the Animal Kingdom in Africa (just outside of the safari ride)

There are usually several people doing the painting. Depending on the design you pick (how much 'paint' they use decides the price) it can be anywhere from $10.00 - $20.00. Take a few minutes and watch the work. My Mom, sister and I all had the same design, but NONE of us looked alike!!

My kids had it done at Epcot in the area where you are leaving Future World to go to World Showcase.

I would post the pictures but I can't get them to upload to the site right now.

Wow, those are cool! But a bit pricey for something so temporary. I'll have to think about that one. :-)

Thanks for the info!

My duaghter had her face painted at Animal Kingdom last week. She was a zebra. I've seen face painting at MGM and Magic Kingdom as well.
