Face Mask for Large Head

Could I get some Disney approved recommendations for face masks for people with a large head/face? Also Amazon prime would be a plus as we leave in just over a week. I’m 6’5” and a proportionally large head and most regular masks do not fit at all. My work supplies N95 masks that I can’t wear as when I talk my large head/face is too big for the mask and it either goes up or down and doesn’t cover my nose and mouth at the same time. I have some old navy masks that fit my face but my head is too big so the ear loops barely make it around and pull on my ears so tight I get severe headaches after wearing them for a short duration. My work allows the face buff masks so I wore them all last year at work but I know those are not approved for Disney.

The Vera Bradley face masks are large enough for my husband and bearded son. Both are big guys, with what I (fondly) call huge noggins. If you have a Vera Bradley store/outlet nearby, you could try one for fit, and then go from there.

I did try those last year, we went last July when you had to wear them everywhere but we weren’t in the parks much and rented a house. They didn’t help a lot as they would just slide down my neck and then pull on the top of my ears but it was better. However This time we we are at the resorts for 16 days so it’s going to be a lot of on and off outside and inside so I don’t want to have to deal with an extra thing to put on or lose. Thanks for the suggestion though!

My husband has a big head and has issues with masks fitting. He finally found one at CVS that has adjustable ear loops that is comfortable and fits him. If you have a CVS, you might give it a try. I think the brand is Boomer Naturals.

Not to detract from your mask search, but I thought you might have some expertise here. My husband has a giant noggin and can never find a hat to fit. Have you had any luck??

I got the brand "Safe+Mate" on Amazon. They are nice because they have an elastic behind-the-head strap, so you can use that while ignoring the ear loops.

I'm not the OP, but as a guy with a HUGE head, I found some caps on Amazon...just search for Cap XXL Men...the ones that say stretch cap fit me....and my head is 7 7/8....so almost an 8...

My husband has a massive head and we just got him some XL masks from Primal. They have filters, a neck strap and a lightweight frame and are very adjustable and comfortable.

My husband's head is 8.5. It is really hard to find a hat for him and I think in all the years we've been together he has only found two hats that work, of which the one hat he lost in Haunted Mansion and never got it back. He is also the reason why I had to have three c-sections because my kids have giant noggins too

Do you know anybody who sews? Masks are pretty simple to make and maybe someone could sew some custom ones for you.

I have a Columbia sun hat that fits me well, the sun hats they sell at Costco that are one size fits most and are adjustable are too small for me. I don’t wear baseball caps, don’t even know my hat size as I’ve not worn a fitted hat since I played little league.
