Well, I bit the bullet, and changed our room onoy reservation to the new package with free hopping and water parks and more fun. I spoke to a FABULOUS CM named Rhonda. She had not heard of the code for this package, but once I told her, she pulled it right up, and was thrilled, because we saved an additional $200 or so from her initial quote.
It seems like a lot of folks have had frustrating CM experiences, and I wanted to share this great one!!!!!
