Instead of going to Epcot with Holly today, I had to work. So, my loss is your gain. here is the map section of the F&W Guide that shows the food booth locations and what they are serving.

Map (454kb)

I have no idea if this is posted anywhere else. If it is, oh well. Another copy. :)

Wow, thanks Ted. I just printed it up and can now plan which direction to go. Bummer you had to work today :guilty:

Thanks, I just printed a copy and gave it to my wife who is going in a couple of weeks.

Yep, print is a little small, but can be read. Thanks again. (Can you believe she's going to the F&W without me?)

Just back from my day at Epcot. It was PACKED!!! By 6:30pm when I left, there was wall to wall people. The lines at many of the food booths: Italy, Australia, America, Canada were 20 people or so long.

The Kansas concert was great. A hint..... if you don't feel like waiting in line, and don't mind not seeing the band close up and just want to listen to the music, the umbrella tables at American Adventure were shady and perfect to enjoy the concert.

I have noticed the prices for the food have gone up a bit. For example, I seem to remember that the flourless chocolate cake was 1.50 last year. This year it is 2.00 The cheddar cheese soup still 2.50 though. ;) YUM!

The culinary demonstrations had all 100 seats filled for each presentation PLUS the "balcony" seats, not at tables (you don't get a sample). Get there early!

Thanks for the report and thanks for the map. What time did you get there Holly? I think I might need to rethink my touring strategy.

TIA,
Alice

Alice,
I got there around 11:30. I headed straight for the World Showcase. It was busy then, but by 5:00 it was NUTS! It felt like the holidays. The "narrower" areas like Mexico to China, and in in the UK were very difficult to walk through.

You'd be better off going earlier rather than later.... I think people are doing F&W at dinner.... eat around the world and then catch Illuminations.
