F & W Signature Dinner

Does anyone recall when they started accepting reservations for the Signature Dinners last year and how long before they sold out?

Late July early August. They went quick.

Quick isn't the word for it. If I remember they were gone with hours. However, the "Party for the Senses" has more availabilty and we thought it was great last year.
