F! Package at Mama Melrose????

Just had a lengthy conversation trying to cancel my F! package for september.


1st the original cm who booked it told me there was no surcharge for the package and we could order ala carte.

2nd i learned on these boards there is a set package price approx $38, which i would consider to be pretty much the same as a surcharge.

3rd so i decided to cancel, the new cm i got on the phone kept me on hold for about 20 minutes, even though i was cancelling, because she thought it was a buffet and didn't understand the ala carte thing.


Could someone please clarify, is it a buffet or set menu? and the price... thanks

When we did it... We use 1TS on our dining plan and it included, the apptz. entree and dessert...all off the regular menu.

It is a la carte and not a buffet. You pay the set price and order app, entree, and dessert.

They went to the fixed price here and at the Brown Derby as there is limited seating/avail for the package and many were booking it and ordering one app for the family to share only just to get the Fantasmic seating.

I personally like this and have found the fixed price both here and at Brown Derby was less than if we had paid the individual item prices - we don't use the DDP.
