Hey guys,

I thought I would post a to do list... so I can have a look! and you can help me with a few things!

- Get wedding Rings engraved - Hopefully tomorrow.
- Have Skype call with florist, I get to see a mock table too! - Very excited about this!
- Hear back from a lady who will steam my dress and the 2 bridesmaids dresses? Does anyone know how much this might be?

There is probably loads more to do, like pack our suit cases!

When we get to america... 23 days

- Get Cameras for all the tables - Any suggestions where to go?
- Get a card box - I want kind of like a post box type? Any suggestions?
- Get a wine box, for the wine box ceremony - AGAIN ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I think thats all the physical things I've got to get and do...

On the diet front, Ive got a confession - Im finding it really really hard to stay on track... theres so many things happening like my cousins wedding... meals out with greg's work mates... etc etc! Tip of the ice berg! Weight watchers is really hard... I think I can probably shift another 5 pounds before the wedding! But its just so darn hard... spesh when I love food! boo!

Cameras for the tables, do you want disposable cameras? If so, try orientaltrading.com. You can get wedding ones pretty cheap For a mailbox, umm I would suggest trying like a Home Depot or Lowe's when you get to the states? I assume the cheapest you could find is between $20-30 for a basic one. Can't help with the wine box!!

I'm having Carolyn Allen's steam our dresses- my dress is taffeta so they have to press it, mine is $85. The bridesmaid/additional dresses are $20 each. Is that who you are using? I think non-pressing wedding dresses are $65 but I'm not positive on that!

Hey!!! I also had visions of us prancing about burlesque style... but then remembered my mum and Dfs mum was coming! and didn't really see them giggling about in all their glory! haha (and mine for that matter)

Were getting our rings engraved at home yeah, and in secret without DF knowing as a little surprise - what about my name on his ring and vis versa - or... the date inside? what do you think?

We've been recommended http://loftisproductions.com/ to steam my dress and the 2 girls? Ive sent them a details form, and Im waiting to hear from them.

When I say post box, I mean like a pretty one? Will lowes have one like that? I thought it was a hard wear store? teehee! We have no where that would sell something nice like this at home?

We wanted a FLorida themed box because we were asking for gifts towards experiences on our honeymoon.

It's by bunny delicious, she's based in Essex and does loads of different wedding card post boxes around £45, we are using ours as a wedding memory box too. It'd be easy to collapse the box and transport it too.

For the camera's for the table, I assume you mean disposable ones? If you don't want to deal with transporting them all, I would suggest heading to a Walmart once you are in Florida. You can easily get them there for cheap.

Anyway, I was shown the flowers and they are so beautiful... not exactly what I expected but so so much more beautiful! and definitely the wow factor! :

Hopefully he will send us photos later on today so I will be uploading them later on! I really really cant wait to show you!

At 1st he showed us the arrangement on a Hot pink table cloth, I wasn't sure if it was too hot! lol So were now on green... haha it sounds hideous! DF just said I'm not too sure about the green! It sounds gross! haha bless him! Thinking about it... to tell someone were having green cloths sounds rank! lol haha but they look beautiful and I will show you! But I want your honest opinion!

Us brides are aloud to change our minds??? yeah??? i HOPE YOU AGREE!!!!

The thing is... I received the photo and showed DF he hated the green... and me seeing it again i HATED IT TOO!!! I cant believe I actually said I liked it before... But i think I was slightly overwhelmed before. I think the style is amazing I love the vase and the crystals and the hight etc etc, just REALLY not the colours... I really have not mentioned any where in this PJ anything about hot pink!!! and the flowers are very HOT!

Im a bit disappointed that they were not perfect straight away, but understand this is why they do these things. I feel kind of like a moaning old english woman now...

Looking at it now I hate the table cloth as much as DF.

Just thought id let you know we found the play packs online, on our Amazon.co.uk and they cost 25 GBP EACH which is $40 dollars! lol I think we will just pic up some at Disney when we get there. Im sure they'll have them! Thank you so much again though!

In secret! with our nicknames for each other - His is babs and mine is Kins haha :good vibes hehe babs is an obvious one, but kins... lol... that originated from babakins! lol Its crazy but cute! and obviously the date is in there too!

The man at the jewellers was saying that he has seen some CRAZY stuff engraved... such as ... F OFF!?>> (I don't get this one) but apparently the husband said it was incase she ever took it off! lol How rude! lol and the other one he told me about was... 'you are my rice crispy' lol I like this one! hehe very sweet!

I still cant believe about the flower situation, the company are amazing - we have emailed regularly. But what I possibly think has happened is, we originally had a girl called Brittney dealing with our wedding flowers, and she is now on maternity leave, I possibly think she or they didn't forward my photos or my examples. But I have now... so fingers crossed everything works out perfectly! I think the amount of money we are spending they need to be PERFECT! LOL

You're welcome! I love that you got your rings engraved with your nicknames for each other, especially in secret! Those are so cute! We had a hard time deciding what to have engraved, so we just decided to do both of our names. We love the way they turned out, though!

I can't believe some of the things people have had engraved in their rings. That's insane!

Random Rant
Its very early on sunday morning here in EXTREMELY wet england! (While were on the weather point were so glad to be getting hitched in the sunshine)
The small fury reason for ME getting up early is because of our demanding cat! He's an indoor cat and used to be really good, he's 4 years old now! and definitely a morning person! he scratches at the bed until I get up, miaows really loudly and finds the most noisy things to chew or stand on - until we get up or pay him attention! So, yeh I'm awake at least is wasn't as early as yesterday 5am in the morning! not amused! hehe Anyway Ive had my rant I shall move on to more weddingy things!

Days Until...
Its 12 days until we fly to America! :good vibes and 23 until our wedding! Sometimes, I'm giddy with excitement and get really giggly but then others I'm really nervous and insecure about the whole thing. But I suppose it is meant to be a emotional rollacoaster... plus my dad bless him keeps telling me about his speech...

Dads Speech
Picture a mild souse accent 'Oh... Im not going to write any notes for my speech its all up here, I'm just going to say it how it comes... and after a few whiskies who knows how that will be! lol (chuckles to him self) Shall I tell you a joke I'm going to put in... I'm going to say...you all know I'm probably going to get emotional just like the cake its already in tiers!!!!!' hahaha oh bless him! Ether way it will be special!

On the engraved ring front, the plan was that Nigel 'the ring man' was going to send the rings off to my mums house go DF would never know about the engraving! But on the day I went over he also said, 'do you want to borrow any jewellery for your big day??? I was intrigued! He said I could have anything in the shop! As long as I brought it back obviously! It turned out mum and I chose a bracelet, which is covered in diamonds!! (real ones too) Nigel said 'just get G to pick it up on the 28th before I go on holiday" So thinking nothing of it...
I told DF yesterday that he needed to go and pick the bracelet up, not even thinking about the secret rings... and Nigel... yes... Nigel gave him the rings (Saved him posting them i SUPPOSE) lol but G was good and hasn't peeked or anything! So he still doesn't know. The bracelet too, is an interesting point when G picked it up the woman at the till said please be careful with that bracelet its the most expensive one in the shop! OMG... G was freaking out by the time he got home thinking about what he would do if i LOST IT! Nightmare... as the flipping thing cost 7,500 GBP... I cant actually believe that Nigel lent it to me!!!! Just like that... No questions... no paper work... here you go kinda thing!

P.s bless him, he only went and asked my uncle who was recently father of the bride for my cousin (obviously) if he could borrow his father of the bride cufflinks!!! I cant believes he thinks I wouldn't get him some! His are better anyway! hehe

Escort cards
Denise at Dogwood Blossom Stationary posted these to her fb page a couple of days ago... they are a beautiful creation and she should be very proud of them! Because we are loving our escort cards...

Flowers
On the Flower subject, they have been really good at rescheduling another consultation and showing us what our flowers will look like again, in the right colours via Skype. So, this thursday evening we will have photos! and we'll hopefully be happy with them! FINGERS CROSSED!

Bridesmaids
Yesterday the girls went for their final fitting, and they are perfect... still the wrong kind of pink but either way they are still beautiful! (The lining is the right colour... but the top chiffon is a tad too pale) but we can live with them! Only because the girls look good in them! lol

Our collection date for all the dresses is the 5th of may! which is.. next weekend! Also on that date Im having my hair dyed - Only a glossier version of myself! teehee... and having our friends round for a curry night, so they can all meet again before america! (2 Best men, 2 ushers, 2 BMs, BF laura and her partner Ady, then G and I, and My sisters friend Lucy) I don't know where were going to eat... but It will be a cosy night in thats for sure! haha

Anyway, I hope I haven't bored you all to death and i hope planning is going well for you all! It seems like were all so close now...
