EZ Rent A Car...easy or not?

Noticed rates for EZ Rent a Car that look cheap enough to make me wonder if there's a hitch...i.e horrible service, grungy vehicles, etc. Any testimonials?

My brother used them once...

It took him over an hour to get from the airport to the rental place, pick up the car and come back from my SIL and the kids.... He said the shuttle was slow and the service was slow... then they didn't have the car type he reserverd....

Bad experience all the way around..

Even though I have snagged lots of bargains in my life, I start from the premise that "if it is too good to be true, it usually IS!" Thanks so much...that was my hunch. A bargain is no bargain if you have to give up a lot of quality or peace of mind to get the lower price!
