I think, The Capt is so amazing because he crosses so many generations in his sex appeal, and the cool thing about POTC movies..hubbys can take you to them and not feel like it is just a "chick flick"
Not to mention the bonus hubbys may get AFTER you get home from the movie

DH never complains about taking me to the POTC movies, he has even taken me twice to see each one in theater and I do not know how many times he has watched POTC 1 with me (I think he is a bit burned out on it now as I have watched it so many times). He does benefit GREATLY but I doubt he knows it......

Wow, Lucky you! Morning ALL, awake with some sad news....I might have to cancel my WDW trip Tuesday, due to my STUPID Job. I really really hate work, but alas, I have to pay Bills and support my Jack habits! Hope Jack will be there in Nov. when I go...

I agree- I am lucky b/c DH really likes Mr Depp as an actor and doesnt mind watching his movies, however, he is not too fond of movies like Willy Wonka, and Corpse Bride- but the "real" movies he can watch- When Mr Depp is a "real" person! I am also lucky b/c he feels the same about Leonardo- Leo chooses pretty good movies that guys can watch- DH likes Catch me if you can, The Aviator, Gangs of NY, believe it or not- he liked Marvins Room and This boys Life (and I get to stare at Mr DiCaprio the whole time-- my 2nd fave guy! )

Well, besides a very "Hot Night" in my dreams with the Captain I have some good news to share, DH pirate here has said we can extend our trip a bit in March to almost a week, instead of just a long weekend..I am pleased to say the least....

I hope DH does not find out about my dream with the Captain..do not want him changing his mind about the longer trip......

I am VERY lucky that my supervisor is a COOOL wench! She just started cracking up when I told her I was going back to Disney in Nov (when I just took off a week in Sept!)

She laughs b/c she has been there well over 25 times! She was just there the same time I was in Sept and after I asked her for more time off again in Nov-- she confessed she also will be going back-- in DEC!!!!

That is so cool Mad, I would love to work with a Disney loving supervisor, makes it so much easier to get off work with our trips.... At work they know I am totally obsessed with WDW and Orlando, so when I put in a vacation request now for anytime off (I do not always go to Orlando) I get it often back approved with a Mickey Head corporate symbol drawn on there or a sticker of one of the Mickey Gang......

This will be our 22nd I think trip in March, but quite a few were long weekend trips only not full weeks....

They do not know about my obsession with the Captain and Mr Depp...as of yet...
