Hmm, found this today. I'm very curious about this Pirate event at WDW at the end of May.

Event: Pirates of the Caribbean: Adventures on the 7 Seas Lagoon
Event Dates: May 21-24, 2007
Event Location: DISNEY'S CONTEMPORARY Resort​

Right before AWE comes out. Could it possibly have anything to do with the AWE premier?? I know there's been talk of trying to have the premier at WDW, but that has always been logically shot down. Too expensive to fly out all the stars and attendees, the weather is unpredictable, no good place to host it in MK, etc. But I don't know what to think about this event.

I've heard that an event at Disneyland was just announced for March. It will be to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the ride. But since it's in March, it can't have anything to do with the movie. It's too early for a premier and most likely there will not have been any AWE merchandise released yet. You know how Disney likes to keep things secret until the last minute.

Wondering if I should make plans to be in WDW for this or not? I've got to get to that premier, no matter where it will be.

Now *I* am curious. I am determined to go to the AWE premiere. I've had friends who went to the last two and I am so, so jealous. Now I'm wondering if I should make plans for this as well and see which one pans out. ?

Here is a RUMOR I read on Depp Impact, it is not backed up anywhere and probably most likely just someones wishful thinking..but it is being reported that Mr Depp MAY be in WDW on Dec 1st to film the Christmas parade which is being aired on Christmas morning. Now that would be awesome, but nowhere else is reporting it and nothing is there to back it up so probably just a rumor.... Would be great for our wenches there though at that time, how lucky for them .....

There is a store here who makes their claim to fame on being able to acquire any movie at least 2 weeks before its official release date. And it was only about 5.00 more than it will be on its release. So DS is getting one heck of a b- day present that almost no one can say they have

I've been reading the spoilers. The DVD is out in Europe already. As Wenches it is our duty to study the Captain Jack Head to Toe feature. It explains where all his swag came from. I must confess, I'm the wench he slept with and then stole one of the rings from. I didn't mind too much though, anyone...oh I mean anything... the Captain wants, the Captain gets.
