OK, Packing Frenzy has officially begun...16 Hours and counting!!!

Day 5--- AKL, DS, E 9/22/06

shrimp appie,
fettucine (no meat add-ons available), Diet Coke, and
creme brulee.
a flat bread,
lemon chicken w/cous-cous, iced tea, and
a sorbet dish.
Day 6--- AK with NC B.'s parents
(NC B.---ha-ha, you still got to love me) We had done Hersheypark in the past with them and they were better behaved then---but, it must be the water at Orlando because at times it felt like we had 2 young children.

... not with the in-klaws. We could had called the food trip: Publix 100 since it seem that we did so many laps around the deli side of the store. I swear at one point every available employee was asking what we needed and the aisle number. We must had been there almost an hour. The in-laws took us to the condo and insisted on roasting a chicken. There went any plans for us to show them DTD and enjoy Raglan Road.

edit: I can't believe I forgot this---FIL almost ran the Pop gate completely. The guard waved us in after we held my room key up. FIL kept on saying he does not know how to do the parking lot gates.

It was the only thing I didn't pull out last week because it still looked pretty. Oh well, I guess I better pull that out today.
The open house was nice, but I was tired after running after Katie all day. Stephanie saw alot of her friends, and she loved showing them around the fire house. I also saw alot of people I know, and met a lot of Stephanie's friends mom's, which was nice also. One mom and I even exchanged phone numbers so the girls could play.
Then after the FD Open House we went out to eat at Pizza Hut. It's the first time we have ever done that. We always eat Pizza Hut, but at home. We both agreed that all pizza for some reason always tastes better at the restaurant - we don't know why
, but it does. Then we came home and I put Katie straight to bed, she was so tired and I watched Poseidon, which was good - I give it a
When are you leaving for DL, I can't remember.
I love the new picture in your siggie!!!
Have a safe trip!!!

Danauk said:Hi guys,
Well, what a nightmare week!! Our inspection thankfully is over, we just have to wait for the report now (although early indications are not good, just as expected really.) My lessons got good feedback though.
But on a nice note we went on a trip on Wednesday to our local castle. It is 2 minutes from my house but I have never been in!! The place is georgeous. It is over 900 years old!! In there we saw letters signed by King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth 1st. We also learned that Charles Dickens was friends with the owners and wrote some of Oliver Twist whilst there. Plus the house and our village was the inspiration for his novel Bleak House!! The family still live there today, I so wish it was my house.
