Extra Towel Package

If a room would like an extra towel package - I see where it's $6.00. When you have T&T day, will they replace both sets (the ones in the room and the one's package you've ordered extra)?

We are taking family with us and have 6 villas booked. I'm thinking some of those in the studios (particularly the ones with 3 girls in them) may want extra towels. I was going to tell them they could do this, but want to see if they'll be charged a 2nd time for the extra set on T&T day.

No, the Trash/Towel will usually just replace the original supply of towels. If an additional towel pack is needed there would be another charge.

If you have larger villas in addition to the studios, you might consider laundering some of the towels for those staying in the studios.

We will have two 2BR and 4 studios - so we can easily do the towels in the rooms and will probably run loads throughout the week to keep everyone happy, I was just curious if they would take the extra towels on T&T day and they'd be left with only four or if they'd leave or replace the extras.

We've always just called Housekeeping once we're in the room. They have always responded very quickly.

They generally don't replace the towel pack but it's not because of policy but because they don't know or pay attention. If you're there when they come and mention it, they will replace all including the towel pack from what I hear. If you have clean ones left, just put them up somewhere so you'll have them for later.
