My family of five is going to be traveling with my in-laws this October and November, so we made all our ADR's for seven people, and I got them all. :cool1:
Anyway, now it looks like there is a possibility of a third person joining my in-laws for some of these meals, but we don't know for sure, which makes it difficult. Would they honor ADR's for 7 when 8 people showed up? I know it would probably be the same size table, but I'm not sure. I can't change the ADRs right now, since this would be a more or less last minute thing. What to do? :confused3

We have a similar issue, and I have been advised to hope for pixie dust! Sometimes you can, apparently, be put at a table for 7. A nice CM advised me to show up early and explain that another guest wanted to join you. You could also try to change the reservations you think it might be to a party of 8. Good luck! :wizard:

Hmmm...a table for seven, huh? Oh well, since I don't know if this is a sure thing, I'm not going to cancel the ADRs for now, and deal with it when the time comes. Thank you!

I cannot even imagine what a table for 7 looks like. I would bet every table will already be an 8 topper so the 8th person is fine. You could always call tomorrow and inquire on availability for 8 and if there is one, book it and cancel the 7, but if it's not available, I'd show up with 8 and tell them you picked up another guest at the last minute.
