Extra Person? Options this late?

My mom and I are leaving on Sunday. My dad originally couldn't go on this trip because of work but yesterday his trial got put off and he's coming. I'm so happy BUT .. we have 6 reservations for two. GF Cafe, Kona Cafe, Boma, Jiko, Narcossee's, and Citricos. Is it even worth trying to show up with him? I'd gladly eat counter service the whole time if that means he gets to join us I just want to know if it would be unheard of to show up with an extra.

I would absolutely show up with him. We were there last week and noticed many people altering their ADR's both up and down when checking in. It never appeared to be a problem.

You can certainly try, but I would not count on it. Going from 2 to 3 usually means you are going to a different type table ( A two top to a 4 top). If you were going from 3 to 4 it probably would not make a difference since it would be the same table type, but going from 2 to 3 will make a difference.
Have you tried calling to see if you can get any ADR's for 3?

Try calling to see if you can change any to a 3 (may have to adjust time). If not just show up...they may seat you, another party might have not shown, or they may request you come back at a certain time and then they will be able to seat you as a party of 3.

Thank you. I called and got two out of the four he will be there for changed. I don't have my heart set on the last two so it's okay with me, I'll probably cancel them when we get down there and we'll just get room service our last day.
