extra member check in early?

My dw and myself will be staying at PC in the middle of June. We are florida residents and AP. I have booked three room for the week under my name. 1 for my dw and myself, 1 for my dp, and 1 for my aunts. Problem is that we are not getting there until 8pm and my aunts are arriving at noon. Is there anyway they can check in before we get there. Pop has their names. I worry b/c they are over 70 and that is a long time to hang out.

I was able to check in ahead of the rest of my party last Aug. at the YC with no problems. The room was not in my name, but my name was on the reservation. The front desk clerk just pulled up the reservation, saw that my name was on it and asked for my ID. Check in took about 10 min. tops. You shouldn't have any problems!

As long as the person checking in has their name on the reservation, it shouldn't be a problem.

We've done this before. My MIL made reservations for 2 rooms and put DH's name on the reservations because we were going to get there before the ILs. DH checked in for both rooms and got every ones room keys, parking passes, etc. When ILs came, they went straight to the rooms bypassing the front desk.

We will have a simular situation this December. Our ds19 will be arriving from MCO during the late morning while we will probably be in the parks with 2 dds. We are transfering from BW to GF on the day ds19 arrives. He is on reservation and will be using magical express. The GF won't ask him for money will they? Should we try to get to GF early and check-in? Or should I just have the room paid for first? We have room only ressie.

Just so you and they know, the room might not be ready until 3:00 or later.
