Extra Magic Hours

Are the extra magic hours for each park always on the same day...ie Monday is early entry for MK, Tuesday is late closing for HS etc? Is there historical data anywhere for extra magic hours. I am planning for 20 people for presidents week 2009 and I'm trying to sort out which park for which days.
