Extra Magic Hours

I have a few questions about the extra magic hours:

Are all of the parks listed on the schedule open 3 hours past the normal closing time?
Do you have to be in the park before closing or can you enter the park at any time during the extra hours?
Are there any extra evening hours for the water parks?

For the evening EMH, the park where the EMH is taking place will be open 3 hours after normal closing. If you are a resort guest you can get a wristband when you enter the park if the EMH time has already started. You need to have you room key with you and if you have been in another park that day you need to have a park hopper ticket. I am not sure about the water park question

Okay how does Epcot work? we were there during the original test phase of EMH and I can't remember now about Epcot. Future world is open until 7pm normally and World Showcase is open until 9pm... During Epcot EMH do both stay open until 10pm (7+3) or 12am (9+3)?

The evening EMH for Epcot begins at the closing time of World Showcase. The popular attractions in Future World like Soarin', Test Track, Mission: Space and Spaceship Earth continue operating every night until 9pm, or the closing time of WS if it happens to be later.
Both sides then remain open for an additional three hours. I believe allearsnet.com and wdwinfo.com lists what is operating at each park for both the AM and PM EMH.
