Extra Magic Hours...Will this work???

I am planning on arriving at Orlando MCO around 7:30-8 PM on 6-9-06. If everything goes well, we (DS & me) will be at the resort around 9:00 PM.
I noticed that June 9th is EMH at MK. I would really like to go!!!
If we arrive at MK around 10 PM will be able to get in or do you have to get your wristbands before the park closes to general public?

If you're not in the park earlier in the day, you get your wristbands when you go through the turnstiles. (I'm sure someone else can confirm this too...)
At least that's what happened the last time I was there...they gave them to me at the gate...

I was there just this past weekend and asked a CM about this same thing and was told that the bracelets are available until the end of EMH.

Do you have AP's? Otherwise, you will have to use a whole day's admission just for a few hours. I don't think it would be worth it.

In the past, this would be a real issue, but these days, with an extra day on a MYW only costing $2-4 more, at least once you hit 5-6 days, it's worth it, in my opinion!

Great Minds think alike!!! That is exactly why I am thinking of doing EMH our 1st night at WDW. I noticed you're from Ohio too. What city?

We are locals here in Orlando, so I am a real novice at being a resort guest, so this never crossed my mind until just now..... My DD8 are spending next Friday night 2/10 at the Beach Club - she wants to play in the awesome "pool" and I want to eat at Cape May Cafe. I figured it would be a great opportunity to see Illuminations, most times we aren't able to stay late enough in the park to see them, and now I realize that it's EMH for EPCOT that night!

This little get away keeps getting better and better - more for my $$$$$

Okay and I found what is open I was just going to ask that ???? Most of our favs!

TC, we're near Dayton!

In the past, we have always avoided using a park day off our passes on our day of arrival, just resort hopping, swimming, DTD, etc. But this year we'll most likely get the extra day on our passes (for a whopping $2 more per person!), spend a few hours at AK in the afternoon before a Boma dinner, then hit MK EMH that night. We're excited!
