Extra Magic Hours & Dining Reservations

Hello! When does Disney usually release info pertaining to which parks will have extra magic hours on which days? I'd love to know where the extra magic hours will be so that I can plan and book dining reservations accordingly. How do others normally handle this?

Anywhere from 6 months to 24 hours in advance. Table Service restaurants are not always open for evening EMH extensions; they don't open an hour earlier if the park opens at 8AM for EMH. Frequently, people make PPO breakfast ADRs then cancel when morning EMH is announced.

And, even after they release them, they sometimes change hours or EMH days.

Uses this link and change the name of the month to get the calendar for that month. I think they are up to November for 2016 as December currently shows 2015.
