Extra Magic Hours Days

Do the days that a particular park have the Extra Magic Hours change from month to month? I know that the hours of the EMH will change depending on regular park hours and may change if the is a party in the park that evening. Trying to figure out in order to pick our FP+.

They can, and do.
Just not always.

No way to predict it.
