Extra Magic Hour

Just wondering but typically how busy is it during the extra magic hour for the night hours? Do you usually have to wait in long lines or short lines?

when the park first closes to the general public, the lines will continue to be long. It generally is not too late at night and the park will probably still be crowded. If you can stay till later on, the lines will get shorter.
