Extra Cruise Under My Reservations

This sounds like a good problem to have but a cruise I didn't book is showing up under my reservations. It has the right passengers for the cruise I am taking that is the cruise directly following the extra cruise. This happened after I cancelled a cruise and rebooked the same date for a cheaper fare. When I was on the phone with Costco I told them an extra cruise was showing up and they said it would disappear when I logged out and logged back in. That was 2 weeks ago and when I checked today it was still there. I haven't been charged for the cruise. I don't want to hold on the line with Disney for hours if this is something that will go away so I thought I would ask this group.

We have the same problem - and it has been going on since early June. We rebooked with a placeholder 2 rooms that had previously been booked. The two old reservations still show up. I imagine if they don't disappear by the end of summer, I will call...but I kept thinking it would drop off. Others on the board have also reported similar behavior.

When I called in and had them cancel an existing cruise and rebook with a placeholder, they moved my reservation to the cruise after then rebooked the original cruise then cancelled the one after and transferred the funds. The cancelled cruise after still shows up in my reservations.

I had a no-money cruise hold that expired at midnight last night. Received the cancellation email, but the reservation still shows up in my account.

I had 2 cancelled cruises still showing up. One was a covid cancellation at day 14 and it disappeared when the actual cruise was underway. One was a cancel and rebook, so I had 2 reservations showing for the same cruise. The cancelled reservation finally disappeared when I selected excursions at day 105 for the cruise.

I canceled and rebooked through a TA. The original reservation didn’t go away until the 120 day mark and I selected our cruise activities.

For those with this issue, I had a few cancel and rebook cruises at cheaper fare and they ALL disappeared this morning!

Thanks just checked the our canceled reservation that has been on there for weeks and it has finally disappeared too. :cheer2:

I also have a cancelled cruise still showing. I called DCL and they said it was because of the euphemistic website upgrade, and to just ignore it. It really is cancelled and not showing up on their end. It's still showing up for me- I just checked.

My cancelled booking for next March is still in there, but something weird happened today: it moved to the top. Normally the cruises are in order of sail date.

I have another cruise in a few weeks, it was at the top of the list since I booked it. But now, they switched.
