Extra benefits of different passports question

I am in two minds as to whether I should go for the Fantasy or Dream annual passport.

I need the free parking and may want use of the locker and pushchair hire facility. Does anyone know the answer to the following questions:-

1. How much closer do the hotel car parks get you to the two Parks than the main car park does?

2. How much is locker storage normally?

3. What are the Extra Magic Hours?

The rest of the benefits don't really matter to me.

Would be grateful for some input.

The biggest benefit IMO of the Dream is EMH. That gets you in to the park at 8am rather than 10am, and can make a big difference in queues for rides in the 2 Lands that are open - for example we never go on Peter Pan, Dumbo, Buzz or Orbitron outside of EMH because we can get on them almost without queuing in the early part of EMH. Of course, if you are staying onsite you get EMH access with your hotel anyway, but if you are staying offsite a Dream passport is the only way.
If you are arriving at the beginning of EMH and can park at the front of the main car park then the walk from Hotel New York is about the same. If you are getting there for 10am HNY is definitely closer, and if you are leaving at park closing its much easier to get out of HNY.

I used Guest Storage twice this week - for free as a Dream Pass holder. If I had to pay (3 Euro per bag, 5 Euro per case) I would have paid 32 Euro in total.
I also saved 54 Euros in the Stores around the Parks (non food items), 4 Euros on cocktails , and 2 Euros on fast food. I would also have saved 10% on our main meals if it wasn't for the fact I used my shareholders discount for a bigger saving.
