Extended Stay

Just wondering how many people have ever gotten that call on the next to last day of your stay : "You can stay another night at this discounted rate" and not had reservations and been able to take them up on their offer? I've always had airline reservations and obligations and home to get back too, but this year we are driving and they probably won't ask now that I could, LOL!!! If you have been asked, were your rates any cheaper that when you booked?

I have stayed on-site about a dozen times and have never received a call like that - which I had!

We have never gotten a call like that either! Maybe it is because we are always traveling during peak season. Last summer our airline called us and asked us to stay another day for a free ticket. We could, but we had to leave the Poly because they wouldn't let us stay at our discounted rate(we would have had to pay full rack rate for the room at nearly $500!). So we moved to Sports since it was the only place with availability, got another day in the parks, and used our free plane tickets to go back in October! Another night at the discounted rate would have been great!
