Extended Park Hours

Do the non-Disney hotels on the WDW property qualify for the extended hours? (The ones on-site by DTD?)

As far as I know, just the Hilton DTD.

That is correct, the other DTD do not. The Swan and Dolphin (by Epcot ) qualify as well.
