Extended evening hours timing

I’m staying at a deluxe resort. Do I need to be in the park before the extended evening hours begin? If the extended hours for Epcot are 9-11, is it possible to still enter the park at 9:30? I have a dining reservation I’m thinking wouldn’t get me to Epcot until a little after 9pm. Still possible to do it?
