Extended evening hours - Swan Reserve

How does it work if you’re staying at Swan Reserve? When my band is scanned they can’t see my reservation. Do I just show my room key? This is for tonight at MK.

Is your Swan Reserve reservation linked into your MDE account? They should be able to scan your MB and see it. You can also use your room key.

That’s what I thought too but they could not see it with my magic band for early entry this morning. It was linked in my MDE account so not sure why. I could see it in MDE until we checked in. On day 2 of our stay it disappeared from MDE and I tried relinking the reservation but that didn’t work so I thought maybe swan and dolphin stays just didn’t show after check in for some reason.

It should have stayed in your MDE. They do fall off sometimes, but can usually be linked back up. I'm not sure what happened this time.
