Extend your August Weekend stay at BCV!

I have a reservation that I sadly will not be able to use. It's for one night in a studio at Beach Club Villas - Monday, 8th August 2005. I would guess August nights at BCV would be hard to come by at this point.

I'm willing to rent this reservation for $150 - which is less than half the CRO price of $330.

Although I have an existing reservation, I am also flexible on the use of these points and would be willing to make an alternate reservation with these 14 points.

As they are banked from last year, I don't believe I can transfer the points, unfortunately. And they need to be used up before 1 December 2005.

Other than that, I'm open to queries/suggestions.
