Off topic, but your bar-be-que definition cracked me up. After church, Dh said he just wanted to swim and watch tv. Great! I can swim and then work on swaps. Then my very sweet DH says he'll fix dinner and 'grill out'. We don't call it bar-be-que, unless we're having, well....... bar- be-que(brisket lol). I'm working on swaps- getting lots done, when he says- I'm hungry. Is the everything ready?
Then, I get on here and see that. I may scrap it!

Clearly... This weekend we had my brother and his wife over for dinner... I did the entire thing...marinating the chicken before we went out for the day, to turning the grill on all the way to cutting the chicken so we could eat it... And he has the nerve to say...that is the best meal he's ever made. Good thing my SIL called him on it...

By the way, I love the idea Kat and I'd love to see pictures when you are done!
