Our travel agent booked/listed us for 2 guests at our Universal hotel, but noted we are a party of 4 on our reservation. Will this be a problem in getting our 4 express passes?

If its not correct when you arrive the other two guests can be added at check in. For the premier hotels if there are more than 2 adults over 18 in the room then there is an additional charge of $45 pp per night -so in your case $90 extra per night.
