Express pass worth it?

Is it worth it to get the express pass in February? We're taking 2 little kids and wondering if the express pass would save us lots of time making it more likely we'll baby swap to go on rides without the little ones getting too bored. Is it even necessary in February?

Except for Presidents Day weekend, I doubt you'll need it.

If you get to the parks early you can beat any queue's and get on the rides before lunch time when often the parks get busier.
