Express Pass at the Gate

Can you buy express passes at the gate? Do they ever sell out, specifically in the middle of summer?

Yes you can.The price depends on projected crowd levels.The higher the projected crowds, the more the pass will cost.The pass you purchase is good for ONE ride per eligible attraction.Express passes DO sell out,Not sure if they usually do in the summer,they normally do Christmas week and Easter time, but with the Harry Potter expansion opening , crowds will be larger and they MAY.I still kind of doubt it, but you never know.

If you will already have your theme park tickets, don't wait in line to buy EPs. They can be purchased throughout both parks and there's usually no lines in the stores especially early on.

That's awesome to know!! We're staying at cabana bay, so maybe head to HP for early entry then get EPs?

I will say sometimes they charge more for the express pass, inside the park. So if you have a smart phone check the price there and then check at the express pass stand. If they are cheaper online you can buy online,then they can print them at the express pass stand. They wouldn't price match the online though they gladly printed them for me. That saved me about 40ish bucks for the day.

That's correct. The UEP at the parks can be more than they're on the web. If you don't have web access on your phone, you can purchase your UEP through the OnLine Ticket Store at (407) 224-7840 and they'll set them up for you and give you a confirmation number to give to the agent or to pick them up at the Will Call Kiosk.

Also, you can buy the unlimited express as well that lets you go as many times as you want on each ride in the parks as well. Just noticed a PP only mentioned the one time on every ride.
