Expired Fastpasses Refused

I don't get it, why would you think you could use a FP on a different day? Why is it so hard to go back to the ride within the time frame provided? We have used FP and have always been able to work our schedule around so that we arrive back at the ride within the FP times. I think that WDW should adopt a policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late for the FP that it is null and void and that you must either get another FP or stand in line.

Why would you use it on the next day...maybe when you get it the ride is operating & when you go to use it the ride is down. this has happened to me many times.. Space Mountian & RnR.. not only where they down, but they never seemed to open back up. Test Track is another one that has been down when I go back.. that is why I would use it the next day. Is it fair to me that the rides weren' t operating?

That might be true, but that is an extenuating circumstance, and one where Disney is trying to turn a negative guest experience(a broken down ride)into a positive one (fast-passing once the ride is up) even if it on a different day.

To try to use an expired, whether it is 5 minutes or 5 days, fast pass because you didn't go back to the ride is ridiculous.

If a CM let me do this, I would consider it a bit of pixie dust . I certainly wouldn't have the expectation that it would be acceptable or done all the time. Nor would I feel like I was entitled to use any FP I had any time I wanted.

I have some doubts about this post, since it's a new poster (40) and a controversial subject. I think we have a troll here folks.

5 minutes past your time .. not to be allowed in would be ridiculous! There are many times that you get your FP, go to another ride, then another because you still have 45 mintues or so before your time frame is up ..then you get stuck on a line & manage to get out but by the time you get to the ride with the FP, you are late...

Actually this has happened to me twice, once at TT and the other at RnRC. Both times when I went back to use my FP the ride was down, two different days. The CM said my FP would be good all day if the ride came back online. I said what about tomorrow to which they both said, "no its only valid today".

Made sense to me because those without fp's weren't able to ride either.

I personally don't care if and or when you use your FP but be aware that not all CM's take them "late".

Once, we attempted to use expired fast passes on THE HOLLYWOOD TOWER OF TERROR but the Dis workers didn't accept them and we had to leave the REALLY LONG line!

Used fast pass from EE that I got in Feb last Week.
