The bank probably won't take it. You will need to have the check replaced if it's past the 90 days.

I had one. I asked the company to reissue it. They did it fairly quickly. I cashed it and all was well. I was so upset with myself for misplacing it and not finding it for 3 months.

This. Call the company, they will usually send you a replacement. I did this with our home insurance rebate. Misplaced it, found it after 90 days, called my rep and they issued a new one. Had it with in the week. Good luck
