Expired AP renewal

I'm trying to renew my AP online and use the monthly payment. Only thing, it won't give me that option. Says I have to pay in full. If I had that kind of money, I wouldn't need to pay monthly!! Anyone else have this problem?

I see that you live in SoCal, but is your address on file with Disneyland a SoCal address?

Yeah, I've never changed my address.

I'm not sure then I would go to the site to fish around, but I'm not within my renewal period yet, so it won't let me go to that exact page. If I wanted to buy it brand new though (not a renewal), it lists the payment plan as an option for me?

I went back and tried again, and this time was successful. Don't know what I did wrong the first time, but I am now waiting for the e-tickets. Thanks.
