Experts I need your advice

I just book a tent site for Nov.9-16. I only need it for Nov. 9-12 however there was no availability showing for just those 3 days but it finally popped up available for the 7 night stretch. I just need to know when I should call and ask to change my dates to Nov. 9-12 dropping the last 4 nights. Thanks, Deb

I would think you can call them now and drop the extra nights. I have never heard of there being a delay.

You have up until 8 days before check-in to adjust or cancel your ressie with no penalty as long as you booked room(site) only.
If you are sure that you won't be using those four days you should call and cancel them now.
Someone else may able to use them.
