Hi All!
I've been attacking this board the past week in excitement trying to get shirts made for our trip in just ten days!! I can't believe that with all my trips under my belt, and all the help from the other boards that I have never traveled over to the Creative DISigns board.

You are alll sooo talented..

Okay, my question.. I just did my first of many iron on shirts -- i bought lime green and hot pink shirts and just ironed them on using the LIGHT transfers (because I read that dark was only for black, brown, navy etc)... The colors of my disign printed out nice and bright, but when I ironed it on it surely lost some of its colors and the talented work isn't as showcased..

Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I not pressing hard enough? Should I get the dark transfers? Is this common? Am I being too anal??

I have heard lots of DISers say that they use the dark transfer regardless of shirt color. I know when I made mine in 2009 I used Amy's on royal blue, safari green, kelly green and white shirts. All loved amazing!!
